Product Description:
Algumin is an effective liquid treatment for the fast and reliable control of algae in freshwater aquariums. The highly active ingredient acts directly on the metabolism of algae, effectively inhibiting their growth and spread.
The liquid formula disperses quickly and evenly throughout the aquarium water, providing particularly fast action against various types of algae. At the same time, the water remains clear, as the product does not discolour the aquarium water.
When used as directed, Algumin is gentle on fish, aquatic plants and beneficial microorganisms. For optimal results, adequate oxygenation should be ensured during treatment.
For long-term prevention of new algae growth, it is also recommended to reduce nitrate and phosphate levels in order to maintain a stable biological balance in the aquarium.
