Aqua Rebell Mikro Basic Iron is a premium complete iron fertilizer that provides all essential micronutrients for healthy and vibrant plant growth. It enhances rich green foliage, intense coloration, and ensures a stable nutrient supply – especially in planted tanks with medium to high fish load.
The formula is stabilized with multiple chelating agents (EDTA, DTPA, and HEEDTA), ensuring long-term nutrient availability in the water. This makes it ideal for both weekly and daily dosing routines.
In addition to iron and trace elements, Mikro Basic Iron also contains potassium and magnesium to further support plant development. In aquariums with a higher fish population, this ensures a balanced supply of both micro- and macronutrients. For tanks with fewer fish, combining it with a macronutrient fertilizer like Makro Basic NPK is recommended.
The fertilizer is safe for shrimp and other invertebrates, as the small amount of copper is fully stabilized. Regular water changes of 25–50% per week are recommended to prevent micronutrient buildup and maintain high water quality.
