Product Description:
EasyCrystal Filter Packs help maintain clean and healthy aquarium water and have been specially developed for Tetra EasyCrystal filters. The filter cartridges are available in various versions designed to fit the different sizes of EasyCrystal filter systems.
The dual-layer filter fleece pads with their large surface area reliably remove both coarse and extremely fine dirt particles from the water. At the same time, they promote the colonisation of biologically active bacteria that break down harmful substances such as nitrite and help stabilise the biological balance.
Versions with integrated activated carbon are also available, effectively reducing water discolouration and unpleasant odours.
Replacing the Filter Packs is particularly quick and clean – with no rinsing and no wet hands. For optimal filtration performance, it is recommended to replace the cartridges approximately every four weeks.
Note:
The cartridge must be inserted correctly, with the green side facing forwards or, in the case of the FilterBox 600, with the beige side facing forwards.
