Product Description:
NATUREMAX BIO is a natural-based biological filter media that, thanks to its exceptionally lightweight structure and microporous surface, provides an ideal colonization area for nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria. It is suitable for all common internal and external filters and effectively supports the breakdown of ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate.
Due to its neutral composition, NATUREMAX BIO does not affect the pH, carbonate hardness (KH), or general hardness (GH) of your aquarium water, ensuring stable water parameters.
The filter media is extremely durable and will not decompose. For maintenance, a simple rinse in aquarium water is sufficient. To maintain optimal filtration performance over time, we recommend partial replacement of about 50% every 4–6 months.
