Product Description:
GlasGarten Crispy Caves are innovative edible shelters that serve as both a hiding place and a long-lasting food source. They are made from natural wood fibers (cellulose), clay, leaves, and other plant materials – exactly the kind of materials invertebrates graze on in their natural habitat. The caves promote biofilm formation and provide important fiber to support healthy digestion.
Thanks to their solid structure, Crispy Caves remain stable in the aquarium for a long time. Shrimp, plecos, and snails gradually rasp the nutrients from the surface – just like they would in the wild. Smaller animals also feed inside the cave. Since the caves do not pollute the water, they can remain in the tank until completely consumed.
Visually, they resemble wood or bark, making them an attractive natural decoration and even suitable as holiday food.
Feeding Recommendation:
Only add new ones once the previous caves have been largely consumed.

Size S: 1–3 caves per 30 L.
