Product Description:
Dupla Ground Colour Black Star with a grain size of 0.5–1.4 mm is a fine decorative gravel that creates ideal conditions for healthy plant growth. Its uniform structure allows for good aeration and nutrient supply to plant roots. When combined with Dupla Depot Mix active, it forms a stable, nutrient-rich substrate.
The rounded grains are gentle on sensitive bottom-dwelling species such as catfish and loaches. The substrate is pH-neutral, resistant to CO2 and medications, and free from harmful substances – making it safe for all aquarium inhabitants.
Tip:
To calculate the required amount of substrate:
Aquarium length (cm) × width (cm) ÷ 140 = kg for a 5 cm substrate layer
Rinse briefly with cold water before use.
