Product Description:
JUWEL Phorax is a highly efficient filter medium for removing phosphates from your aquarium. It effectively reduces algae growth and can significantly contribute to improved plant growth. Phorax consists of an aluminum-based mineral that binds dissolved phosphate by forming water-insoluble aluminum phosphate, effectively removing it from the water. JUWEL Phorax is highly effective and can bind up to 12 mg of phosphate per gram. It reduces phosphate, inhibits algae growth, promotes plant growth, and is suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums.
