Product Description:
JUWEL Phorax is a highly efficient filter medium for reducing phosphate levels in your aquarium. It effectively curbs algae growth and can significantly enhance plant development. Phorax consists of an aluminum-based mineral that binds dissolved phosphate by forming water-insoluble aluminum phosphate, thus removing it from the water. As a result, JUWEL Phorax is highly effective, binding up to 12 mg of phosphate per gram of Phorax.
