Product Description:
The ReptiSun® 10.0 UVB tube was specifically developed for desert reptiles and sun-loving species that require intense UVB exposure. With 10% UVB output, it ensures reliable vitamin D3 synthesis in the skin, supporting healthy calcium metabolism—essential for strong bones, healthy growth, and overall vitality.
Thanks to its high UVB penetration of up to 51 cm (20"), it’s perfect for large or tall terrariums where standard UVB lamps fall short. Even when mounted above mesh or screen lids, which can significantly reduce UVB output, the ReptiSun 10.0 still delivers enough UVB radiation to provide adequate baseline coverage.
