Product Description:
Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ is a specially formulated mineral salt designed to remineralize very soft or demineralized water – ideal for Bee, Tiger, and Bumblebee shrimp. It increases general hardness (GH) without significantly affecting carbonate hardness (KH), creating stable and shrimp-friendly soft water conditions.
The mineral powder supplies all essential trace elements needed for vibrant coloration, healthy growth, stable molting, and successful breeding. At the same time, it supports microbiological activity in the filter and substrate, promoting biofilm – the most important food source for juvenile shrimp.
Thanks to the stabilized GH levels, sensitive soft water shrimp thrive, and the risk of bacterial issues is reduced due to a strengthened microflora.
Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ does not directly affect pH. A pH below 7 often develops naturally through biological processes in the aquarium. If needed, the pH can be further lowered with natural additives like alder cones or peat.
Instructions for Use:
Dissolve the mineral salt completely in water outside the aquarium. Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ dissolves within seconds; any remaining particles can be added to the aquarium. Reseal the container tightly after use.
Dosage:
- 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon (approx. 3 g) per 20 liters of water.
