Product Description:
Tetra pH/KH Minus is an effective solution for the targeted reduction of carbonate hardness in freshwater aquariums. By lowering KH, the pH value is also reduced, creating water parameters that are ideal for many freshwater ornamental fish. Species that prefer a KH of around 4 °dH and a pH below 7.5 particularly benefit from regular use.
The product is suitable both for gradual adjustment of water parameters and for long-term stabilization of KH and pH. When used correctly, Tetra pH/KH Minus helps maintain a consistently stable and species-appropriate aquarium environment.
Dosage & Application:
For reduction: up to 25 ml per 100 l of aquarium water
? reduces KH by approx. 2 °dH
Repeat application every 2–3 days until the desired level is reached
For long-term stabilization: 5 ml per 100 l every 2–3 days
Ensure good aeration during use and do not add CO2 simultaneously
Regular monitoring of water parameters is recommended
