- from 150,00€ goods value: free of charge
Pallets:
- 0,00€ - 299,99€ goods value: 40,00€ freight
- 300,00€ - 399,99€ goods value: 20,00€ freight
- 400,00€ - 499,99€ goods value: 10,00€ freight
- from 500,00€ goods value: free of charge

Freight costs for shipments to Austria:

Parcels:
- 0,00€ - 299,99€ goods value: 6,50€ freight
- from 300,00€ goods value: free of charge
Pallets:
- 0,00€ - 399,99€ goods value: 40,00€ freight
- 400,00€ - 499,99€ goods value: 20,00€ freight
- 500,00€ - 599,99€ goods value: 10,00€ freight
- from 600,00€ goods value: free of charge

Shipping Information:

Aquariums, cabinets, cages, bulky goods, as well as orders over 120 kg are generally shipped on a pallet only!

Freight costs for all other countries of the European Union can be found in the table below.

For all other countries we can provide you with freight costs upon request.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer, we dispatch the goods within 1-3 business days after the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment has been agreed upon, following the receipt of payment).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The first three orders must be paid in advance. After that, subject to a satisfactory credit assessment, payment can be switched to one of the following methods:

Payment via bank transfer
Payment via SEPA direct debit
Cash payment upon pickup
